1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the Compassino online platform (www.compassino.com) between Compassino and its users (providers and customers).

2. Platform Operator
Compassino is a curated platform for booking real-world educational and developmental experiences. It is not yet a registered legal entity. Communication is via info@compassino.com, based in Erlenbach, Zurich, Switzerland.

3. Contractual Relationship
Compassino connects users with experience and learning providers. Contracts for services are formed directly between the customer and the provider.

4. Role of Compassino
Compassino only provides the technical infrastructure and booking system. It is not the service provider itself.

5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Compassino retains a 12% platform commission. Payouts to providers occur automatically 2 days after the event.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Each provider may define their own cancellation policy. Refunds are handled through Stripe according to the provider’s policy. Compassino may assist in case of disputes.

7. Platform Usage
Usage requires registration and acceptance of these GTC. Providers must link a Stripe account.

8. Liability
Compassino is not liable for service execution or quality. Any claims must be addressed directly to the provider.

9. Modification of Terms
Compassino reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Users will be informed in advance.

10. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
